400 grams of your favorite boiled pasta
500g chicken fillet, cut into medium cubes
A cup and a quarter of broth
4 spoons of flour
150 g cream cheese
5 spoons grated Parmesan cheese

For a faster preparation method, you can replace the sauce with cooking cream with Parmesan cheese, stock cube and spices and mix them over low heat over the chicken to give the cream a chicken flavor.

Cup and a half pesto sauce
Preparation of pesto sauce:
1 cup basil leaves + 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese + 1/3 cup olive oil + 3 tablespoons pine nuts + 3 cloves garlic, minced + salt and pepper
Mix basil, parmesan, garlic and pine nuts together in an electric blender, then add salt and pepper, then add olive oil with the previous ingredients, mixing slowly. Freeze the sauce in a container with a tight lid in the refrigerator if not in use immediately. This amount is enough to prepare a cup of sauce or the equivalent of 16 tablespoons. Eating pesto sauce, according to nutritionists, relieves anxiety and depression, improves mental health and concentration, and reduces the risk of infections.
Cooking:
Boil pasta as usual and preferably salted during cooking. Heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic and stir until wilted, then add pesto sauce and cream. Gradually add spices "salt, white and black pepper". Continue stirring until the ingredients combine and form a firm sauce. Drain the pasta from the water and then add to the sauce, stirring and mixing the ingredients together. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
