3 recipes for homemade ice cream

1-Frozen fruit ice cream

800 grams "or 5 standard cups" frozen strawberries

120 g chantilly cream powder "can be replaced with canned"

A quarter to half a cup of water "add gradually"

Cooking:

We beat the frozen strawberries in a blender after adding the cream chantilly and continue to stop and stir continuously with the addition of water gradually. We don't need a lot of water to add just to make sure you reach a thick creamy texture. After the mixture is beaten well we begin to gradually add sugar, beating and tasting to make sure the desired sweetener. In the event that the cream is not sweetened you will need to add more sugar. After homogenizing the consistency well and reaching the creamy consistency, we empty the mixture in a glass jar or a can and cover it well and put it in the freezer and not use it before at least 6 hours. Strawberries can be replaced with any other frozen fruit such as mango or berries.

2- Lemon and chocolate ice cream

Ingredients:

4 lemons

One orange

A cup and a quarter of yogurt

honey

2 tablespoons of cocoa honey is used only if the cocoa is unsweetened or raw"

Lemon ice cream

We peel the lemon and orange, cut them into small pieces, remove the seeds completely, then beat in a blender, add two tablespoons of milk and add the honey "sweetener to taste". After beating the mixture, empty it into ice molds and leave to freeze in the freezer and then hit with a food processor. You can taste it and add more honey in case the taste is sour. Leave in the freezer for two hours and then can be eaten.

Chocolate ice cream

Mix well a cup of milk with cocoa and add honey if the cocoa is unsweetened then pour the mixture into ice molds and put in the freezer to freeze. After it is frozen, grind it in a food processor, add one tablespoon of milk and mix, and another spoonful can be added if the mixture is still not homogeneous "Be careful not to add more because the mixture loses its homogeneity and becomes soft." It can be frozen for two hours and then eaten. Best served with ice cream biscuits.

Chocolate pieces, chocolate chips or even ground nuts can be added. The same method can also be used to prepare strawberries with the addition of one banana for dessert.

3- Ice cream flavors based on two ingredients only

For the lotus flavor: Add two biscuits after grinding with a spoonful of lotus butter and mix with a spoon and pour into a mold and freeze.

For blueberry, mango or strawberry flavor: add frozen fruit multiplied by handblinder and food color can be added to get the flavor color we have chosen. Stir the mixture with a spoon and freeze.

For pistachio flavor: Grind some pistachio kernels, add them and stir with a spoon or add a spoonful of peanut butter and stir with a spoon and then freeze. Green food color can be added.

Oreo flavor "Cookies and cream": Grind the Oreo beads, mix with a spoon and freeze.

Caramel flavor: Add the caramel sauce, stir and freeze.

Cake and Sprinkles flavor: Add the vanilla cake pieces, cut into small pieces, add the springlaise, stir and freeze, and the cake can be replaced with biscuit pieces.
