1 cup margarine or butter on oil
5 medium size eggs

2 and 1/2 cups sifted flour

1 bag baking powder (or equivalent to 10 grams)
Method:
● We start the oven at 180 degrees
● In a deep bowl, mix the sugar and ghee with an electric mixer until the mixture is light in color
●Add eggs and vanilla to the previous mixture and mix
●Add the milk and mix
●Then add the dry ingredients (flour, salt corn and baking powder) with the need to sift them beforehand
●After mixing the ingredients well, put the cake mixture in the appropriate mold after painting it with oil or ghee.
●Bake for about 45 minutes.
●To find out if the cake has been cooked, it is tested by stitching a stick in the center of the cake, and if it comes out clean, this indicates that the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.

3/4 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar (cup white sugar + 2 tablespoons molasses)
1 and 1/2 cups boiling water

● In another bowl, put the flour and 5 tablespoons of the amount of cocoa, baking powder and salt corn, then add them to the previous mixture after sieving them well and mixing again
● Put the mixture in a 25*25 mold greased with oil or butter.
● Turn the oven on to 180 degrees
●In another bowl, mix the remaining cocoa, brown sugar and boiling water with a hand beater, mix well, let cool for about 10 minutes, then slowly add it over the other mixture in the mold.
● Place the mold in the oven for about 30 minutes until you get a cake with a delicious chocolate sauce underneath in the same mold.
This cake is suitable for people who are allergic to some components of regular cake such as dairy allergy, and it is also very suitable for those who follow a vegetarian diet.

1 cup sunflower oil
2 cups water or coconut milk and carbonated water can also be used
1 tablespoon instant coffee (optional)

● Turn the oven on to 180 degrees
● Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix with a hand whisk until well mixed
● Put the mixture in an oiled mold
●Bake for about 45 minutes
● Best served with vegetarian chocolate sauce as well
Chocolate sauce method:
In a bowl, put 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa, add 8 tablespoons of warm water and a tablespoon of oil and mix the ingredients well, then add over the cake after it cools.
