Ingredients:

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts

4 cups chopped spinach leaf

Olive

2-3 cloves of garlic "can be replaced with powdered garlic"

1 onion, chopped

Salt and pepper

Cream cheese "Motorella cheese can be used"

Fresh basil

Cooking:

We open a pocket inside the chicken breasts by splitting them from the middle on one side and season them with salt and pepper, then we prepare the filling. We add olive oil in a bowl, then onions and garlic, stir until it takes a light golden color, then add spinach and basil and stir for two minutes until the spinach wilts a little, "avoid leaving it for longer so as not to lose its value". Remove the filling from the heat and add the cream cheese "or mozzarella", then salt and pepper and we stuff the chicken breast with the mixture "can be tightened using toothpicks". In a pan that can be used in the oven, add a little olive oil and put the chicken breasts to brown their faces, then put the bowl in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Leave 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove toothpicks and serve hot with white rice.

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo of minced meat

egg

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

A pinch of ground chili pepper "optional"

4 tbsp oil

2 tbsp water

1 cup spinach leaves

Amounts of Alfredo sauce:

1/2 cup "unsalted" butter

1 cup of cooking cream

200 g parmesan cheese

250 g cream cheese

Salt and pepper

Cooking:

Mix the water, eggs, onions, spices and breadcrumbs in a bowl, then add the meat and mix it well by hand until all the ingredients are combined. We make equal-sized meatballs and fry them in oil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until they are well cooked inside.

Preparation of the sauce:

In a pot over medium heat, add the butter, then the cream cheese and mix to combine. Add the cream gradually and continue stirring until the mixture does not clump, then add pepper and Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until all the mixture is mixed, then add the meatballs, then add the spinach and stir for two minutes and remove from the heat. It can be served with pasta or white rice and the same recipe can be prepared from chicken kofta balls instead of meat.
