Egypt's new administrative capital is located on the borders of Badr City, in the area between the Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ain Sokhna roads and between the Greater Cairo region and the Suez Canal. Its location is a strategic location, as it is about 60 km from Ain Sokhna, Suez, and Cairo. As for its area, it is about 714 square kilometers, or 170 thousand acres, and its area was divided into three phases, where the area of the first phase is about 40 thousand acres or 161.87 square kilometers of the total area of the Administrative Capital in kilometers, the second phase is about 47 thousand acres or 190.20 square kilometers, and the third phase is approximately 97 thousand acres or 392.54 square kilometers.

Green River:

Also named after the Nile River, it is the longest chain of gardens in the world, as there is a garden in the middle of the planning of the New Administrative Capital with an area of more than 1,000 acres and a length of more than 10 square kilometers, and it will be implemented in two phases. What distinguishes this project is that it is of double importance, as it produces oxygen in the greenery in it and recycles and treats water until it is used to extend the lakes of the project.

Al-Fattah Al-Aleem Mosque:

It is one of the largest mosques in the Middle East and the Arab world, with an area of 250,000 square meters and a capacity of about 17,000 worshipers. The mosque includes 4 main domes along with 21 domes, and also includes two event halls and two halls to receive VIP visitors. It was inaugurated on January 6, 2019 coinciding with the opening of the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ. Its place is located at the entrance to the capital on the Middle Ring Road where you will find an Islamic architectural masterpiece in the latest artistic style.

El Salam Electric Train – Administrative Capital – Tenth:

The length of this project extends 103 km, and it is linked to the metro phase III at Adly Mansour Station - Cairo University, and meets the New Administrative Capital Monorail at Capital 2 Station, and will be linked to the El Alamein-Ain Sokhna express electric train that is being built in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt.

The importance of the project lies in the fact that it contributes to linking the city of Greater Cairo with the Administrative Capital, new urban communities, industrial zones and investor services, in addition, it helps to increase industrial, population and commercial growth and development by advancing the mass transit system.

The Administrative Capital Tower "The Iconic Tower":

About 20 towers have been built in Egypt's new administrative capital for many purposes, and eight of them have been completed so far. But the iconic tower is the most prominent among them, as it is the tallest tower in Africa, with a height of 385 meters, and consists of 79 floors. The iconic tower in the Administrative Capital is expected to include apartments, a hotel, administrative offices, a gold market, an electronics market, and a cinema and theater complex, which is a promising project for the New Administrative Capital and Egypt.

The stadium was built in the Olympic City in the Administrative Capital to be a sports edifice competing with international stadiums. According to media reports, the stadium will have a capacity of 90,000 spectators, and will be the largest in Egypt and the second largest stadium in Africa.
